Pat's Play Dough:

1 cup Salt
3 cups Flour
6 tsp. Cream of Tartar
3 cups Water
3 Tbsp. Oil

Stir constantly over medium heat. Add color during heating, or after.

Toro Park School Play Dough:

1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup salt
1 Tablespoon cream of tartar
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup water
food coloring of your choice

Mix together flour, salt and cream of tartar. Set aside. Bring the vegetable oil, water and food coloring to a boil. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Knead while hot until it looks like play dough. Store in an airtight container. It should last at least six months.
